The coffee cherries dry under the sun for several weeks until they reach the perfect green hue, signaling that they are ready to be transported to our locations in Virginia. At our facilities, we carefully roast them to ensure that every cup preserves the freshest and most authentic flavors.

Where the Mountains
They whisper coffee secrets.
The coffee we serve comes from Santuario, Risaralda, a small town in the high mountains of Colombia, known for its fertile soil and perfect climate for growing the finest coffee. In these mountains, Arabica coffee trees grow to about 4 to 6 feet tall, producing red cherries that, once ripe, are carefully hand-picked with dedication and care.

From Our Land to Your Cup
Every coffee bean we serve has traveled a long journey, passing through various stages and countries before reaching your cup at Café y Sabor. Our commitment is to ensure that every customer enjoys an exceptional-quality beverage, with the freshness that only freshly roasted coffee can offer.
From Blessed Hands to Your Cup
With every sip, you not only enjoy superior coffee but also the passion of those who cultivate it and the grace of God, who has allowed us to grow and share this gift with you.
